Schedule a Free Coaching Session

I encourage you to begin our coaching relationship with a Free Exploratory Session. It will give both of us a glimpse of who we are; we shall be able to see which of your challenges can be addressed with my help; and it will allow us to assess whether I am the coach that will help you in obtaining the results you want at the time you expect them.

During this session you will:

• Discuss your situation and determine whether you need Personal Coaching or Executive Coaching
• Clarify the results you want from the coaching interaction
• Determine the scope of the expected coaching program
• Determine the size and abilities of the coaching team in the case of Executive Coaching, depending on the scope of the expected coaching program
• Outline general action steps
• Discuss my specific role in helping you
• Clarify your doubts and questions

The Free Exploratory Session is intended to last 30 minutes.
